Project – S8050 NPN Transistor

The S8050 transistor is an NPN transistor with excellent maximum gain capability of 400 but normal gain is around 110 so that you can use it in amplifier application. It can have a maximum collector current flow of 700mA and maximum collector power dissipation of 2W. The base current should be limited to 5mA for safe working of the transistor.
