Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

There are two ways to return your order:

  • If reverse pickup is available, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 2тАУ3 business days after your request is approved.
  • If reverse pickup is not available, you must self-ship the product via India Post to the address provided by our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof.

Quality Check

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection within 2 working days.

  • If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
  • If rejected, the product will be sent back to you, and you will need to bear the re-shipping charges.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5тАУ7 working days after approval.
The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Charges

  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for bearing return (self-shipping) charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products (including wallpapers)
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Certain personal care items

Important Notes

  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.
  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be processed.
  • Do not send any product without contacting us first.
